Chris was great from start to end. The cake I wanted was for my wife’s Birthday; it was important to capture her love of fashion & Chanel. Chris took the time to understand my needs, he was considerate, and worked with me with re. a few tweaks to the design along the way. The end result was right on the brief, design was spot on and the taste of the cake was absolutely superb [Red Velvet]. I would also note that Chris' communication throughout the process was great. He also turned the cake around in a short timeframe without comprising taste or quality. I highly recommend using Cool Cakes By Chris!

Chris made the most amazing cake for my husband's 30th birthday. I went to him with very little idea of what I wanted – just that I wanted it to taste yummy. Chris was fab, asked lots of questions and we were able to land on a really cool concept that captured my husband's love of coffee. Chris created a great design of a coffee cup and pastry and was able to incorporate my husband's name. When it arrived the cake looked and tasted great! Chris made a beautiful woodland themed cake for my daughters first birthday. I didn’t quite know what I wanted but I wanted it to be something special. He listened carefully and came up with a lovely design for my approval, with recommendations and options for the flavour and buttercream. We loved the final result and everyone at her birthday party complemented both the appearance and taste. My only regret is that I didn’t pick the cake up the day before the party so we had it for longer before we cut into it! It was delicious!

Chris made a safari/jungle themed cake for our daughter’s first birthday. He came up with such a beautiful design and absolutely nailed it in terms of bringing the design to life. The animals were so realistic and the animal print tiers were so stunning. We had sooooo many compliments on the cake and importantly it tasted just as good as it looked! Perfectly moist sponge with delicious buttercream and jam to sandwich the layers. We will definitely be asking him to make another cake next year!

The champagne bottle cake you made for our daughter’s 50th birthday is a work of art. The detail is outstanding and made it all look so authentic.
