Corporate cakes
I have taken on commissions for a number of UK marketing and PR agencies requiring hyper real illusion cakes. Often these are PR stunts for social media content or launch parties. Clients include Weber Shandwick PR for Iceland Foods, Searchlight Pictures, Sony; The Academy PR for Amazon and Not Actual Size for Dove beauty.
I have also worked with many other organisations and high-profile individuals, but due to privacy agreements I am unable to share images or information details of all of my commissions.

Firstly, to secure the date in my busy cake diary, but also to allow for the longer consultation, approval and payment processes associated with larger companies.
CASE STUDY
Iceland King Prawn Ring illusion cake
To kick off their Christmas campaign in 2020, Iceland commissioned me to make a hyper real illusion cake of their famous King Prawn Ring for a video promo on their social media channels.
The cake featured no less than 26 handmade realistic chocolate ‘prawns’ (as found in the actual product) and an icing & liquid sugr based ‘sweet chilli dip’. The cake was finished off with on-brand ‘packaging’ icing, complete with a bespoke Best Before Date of Christmas Day to add to the effect.
The resulting post on Instagram received great traction, with the best engagement Iceland have ever had from a post.
